Citizens' Initiative for 100 Years of Liberation
The initiative began with a public proposal on March 3, 2026, and continues through public forums before the official launch on August 14, 2026.
Phase 1 of this website provides static information, public forum archives, press materials, and a roadmap. Participation features such as accounts, event registration, and deliberation tools are reserved for Phase 2.
